Controlling your personal information

You may choose to restrict the collection or use of your personal information in the following ways:
When you fill in the contact form on the website, look for the box that you can tick to indicate that you do want the information to be used by us to keep you informed of updates to the site, new print editions, cards or books for sale. If you leave the box unticked you will not be kept informed.

Colours

Unfortunately technology is still not advanced enough to provide foolproof standardised methods of accurate colour and contrast rendering on the Internet, which is limited to 256 colours. Even professional graphics computers with calibrated monitors do not always display web page colours accurately. Although we have taken great pains in trying to reproduce accuracy of colour, we cannot guarantee the results on the world wide web. However, our prints and cards are produced to the highest quality and the colours are as accurate a reproduction of the originals as printing processes allow.

Returns and Refunds

Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000

Whilst we are sure that you will be delighted with your purchase these Regulations give you a 7 day 'cooling-off period' during which you can change your mind about buying once you have seen the goods.

The Regulations require you to notify us of your intentions within 7 days of receipt in writing, by letter, fax or email of your intention to return goods and they must be returned in perfect condition in the original packaging. A refund (excluding return postage costs) for the value of the goods will be made on receipt of the item in perfect condition.

Faulty or damaged goods or delivery delays

In the event of any goods supplied being faulty or arriving in a damaged condition, or errors in processing orders, or delays in delivery, please email or write us immediately. All complaints will be considered and any remedial action taken will be fully explained in writing or email on the same day if possible.

Faulty or damaged goods will be replaced or a refund made (including the cost of any return postage), at our discretion. In the unlikely event of the wrong goods being supplied in error, we will refund the cost of returning them to us. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

DELIVERY & SHIPPING INFORMATION

Delivery

All orders (paid for online) are normally processed and dispatched within 3 working days (Monday to Friday) of receipt, stock levels permitting, orders paid for by cheque will be dispatched when the cheque has cleared the banking system. Framed prints are done to order only and will normally be dispatched within 7/10 working days following payment. We will email you to confirm method of dispatch and also if there is any dispatch delay. Holiday periods may increase the time of dispatch.

UK delivery, to MAINLAND ONLY, is by Independent carrier or Royal Mail First Class 'signed for' if size of package permits.

All UK book and card orders will be by Royal Mail first class 'signed for'. All UK MAINLAND deliveries of prints, mounted or framed, will be via a 'signed for and tracked' service.

It is important that you check the condition of the parcel BEFORE you sign for it. Any obvious damage to the packaging must be noted on the carrier's signature form, as refunds or replacement of damaged goods may not be possible if you have not recorded it with the carrier on receipt.

Most UK deliveries will be 1-3 days from dispatch.

UK mainland shipping

All UK mainland orders are shipped free of charge.

Other supply destinations

It is very difficult to try and apply an across the board price for non-mainland UK destinations, it tends to make some total costs unreasonable so we regret that we have had to remove this facility from our shopping cart however, we will still ship virtually anywhere but need to assess each enquiry individually.

Please note that if your delivery destination is to an address outside the United Kingdom you will be responsible for any import duties or taxes levied in that country.

If you live outside of the UK mainland, please email us with your order request and we will calculate the cost of shipping to your destination and email you back. If the quotation is acceptable you may confirm your order by return email and send a cheque (payable to 'Neasom Fine Art') to the address shown below in the section 'Contact Information'. Your order will be shipped after clearance of your cheque, alternatively we may be able to offer a method of payment by bank transfer.
